Business Analyst (Biotech / Life Sciences)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather & Document Requirements: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to capture, refine, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze & Optimize Processes: Map current workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and highlight opportunities for process improvement.
• Bridge Business & IT: Translate high-level business goals into precise, actionable technical instructions for development and IT teams.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Spotfire to visualize complex research data.
• Support Implementation: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management initiatives, and end-user training.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Biology, Immunology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business/systems analysis or system implementation.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire).
  • Strong spreadsheet modeling skills (Excel VBA).
  • Familiarity with requirements and project management platforms (Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks.
