Description

For an energy client, the role supports the maintenance and development of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain SAP Service Cloud (Version 1)

• Handle service requests and incidents

• Work with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud modules

• Provide ongoing support to business users

• Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues

• Collaborate with the client and project teams in an international environment

• Communicate with the client in German

Requirements

• Minimum several years of experience in SAP CX / SAP C4C

• Strong knowledge of SAP Service Cloud from both functional and technical perspective

• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud

• German language knowledge at B1/B2 level for daily client communication

• Independence, proactivity, and problem-solving ability

• Ability to work in a support and maintenance model for systems
