Description

Hands-on Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer role focused on enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity. Maintain and continuously improve the IT environment to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing technology services that support the business.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain network, server and cloud infrastructure
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve incidents
• Implement infrastructure improvements and ensure system reliability
• Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity activities
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Entra ID and Intune
• Manage user identities, cloud resources and endpoint services
• Ensure the secure and reliable operation of Microsoft cloud technologies
• Manage firewalls, VPN connectivity and infrastructure security
• Support ISO 27001 compliance and security best practices
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with external technology partners
• Support business-critical applications, SQL-based systems and telephony services
• Ensure the availability and reliability of production environments

Requirements

• Required:
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration or Cloud Operations
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server, networking, VPNs and firewall administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Very good command of English (C1)
• Nice to Have:
  • Microsoft or Cisco certifications
  • Experience with SQL Server administration
  • PowerShell scripting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
  • ITIL Foundation or ISO 27001 experience
