Description

Lead AI Software Engineer role with strong experience in TypeScript and React, working on serverless projects built with 100% Infrastructure as Code. The position emphasizes self-motivation, strong organization, and high quality of solutions, including adoption of GenAI/LLM and AI-coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the engineering manager, engineering team, and product team to understand and implement requirements and tech specs
• Identify opportunities for architecture improvements and system optimisation
• Architect new systems and design APIs with a focus on testability and maintainability
• Drive high engineering standards through code review, automated testing, and mentoring
• Reinvent a broken experience and disrupt a legacy industry through novel and scalable product design

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development in the job’s tech stack
• Background in programming on the web and/or mobile development; natural curiosity about learning new technologies
• Experience building distributed, high scale systems that handle millions of visitors
• Ability to take ownership and use AI-coding tools to advantage
• Loves experimenting with new models, tools, and sharing knowledge with other team members
• Ability to work in a “Forward Deployed” manner: fully understands product context/processes and implement new features without breaking existing flows
• Ability to help less experienced team members
• Hands-on experience in the cloud, preferably AWS
• Curiosity and business acumen; ability to learn and take on new opportunities
• Good communication in English & Polish languages (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills
