Description

Join an international project focused on Digital Analytics. You will work with global business teams, developers, and marketing agencies to develop the analytics architecture and implement modern tracking solutions aligned with privacy requirements across different markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize analytics solutions using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Launch)
• Independently run web analytics deployments end-to-end: requirements analysis, planning and implementation, then testing and validation
• Define Data Layer requirements and prepare tracking specifications
• Verify correct implementation via QA tests and collaboration with development teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, technical teams, and external vendors to convert business requirements into measurement strategies and technical solutions
• Create and maintain project documentation, user stories, and business requirements in Jira and GitLab
• Prepare process and technical documentation (processes, use cases, KB articles, user instructions) using Confluence, UML, BPMN, Miro, and Lucidchart
• Handle and resolve tickets/incidents in ServiceNow
• Track project progress and work according to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Analytics
• Practical experience with Adobe Analytics
• Practical experience with Adobe Target
• Ability to define Data Layer and create tracking specifications
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and HTML
• Experience conducting QA tests and validating tracking implementations
• Ability to collect business requirements and translate them into measurement strategies and technical solutions
• Experience working in a corporate or global environment
• English proficiency at least C1 (spoken and written)
• Very good communication skills
• Plus: Experience in A/B testing and work with experimentation/optimization platforms
