Description

You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translate business needs into system requirements and user stories, and support the development team to ensure correct delivery of business requirements in an international Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with clients and stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements

• Translate business needs into system requirements and user stories

• Manage backlog and prioritize tasks

• Support the development team in correctly implementing business requirements

• Maintain documentation and project communication

• Solve complex business and process problems

Requirements

• Min. 7 years experience as System Analyst on large enterprise projects

• Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements

• Good understanding of software creation and development processes

• Experience working with external clients and international teams

• Fluent communication in Polish and English

• Very good analytical skills and attention to detail

• Open to occasional business travel
