Summary

The main function of this role is to develop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within the organisation. The objective is to enhance operational efficiency through automation using the Blue Prism platform.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions.
• Create Solution Design Documents (SDD) and technical documentation.
• Lead the technical design and architecture of automation solutions.
• Own solution architecture, technical standards, and design reviews.
• Develop reusable components and apply development standards.
• Define reusable frameworks, development standards, and best practices.
• Drive quality assurance practices, code reviews, and testing strategy.
• Support production bots, incidents, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership within the RPA community.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and testers.
• Work effectively within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Drive DevOps adoption and CI/CD practices across the automation team.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on Blue Prism development experience.
• Expert-level Blue Prism development and framework design.
• 3+ years of commercial experience in RPA development for Mid/Specialist level.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in enterprise-scale RPA development for Senior level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Logic Apps.
• Familiarity with GitHub.
• Exposure to Document Intelligence.
• Knowledge of SAP APIs.
• Experience with Azure Foundry.
• Power Apps development experience.
• Power Apps solution design experience.
