Description

As an RPA Architect, you will ensure the continuity, quality, and scalability of the automation landscape during a critical transition period. You will lead the architectural direction for RPA solutions, guiding teams to design robust, compliant, and business-aligned automations while maintaining consistency with the broader Hyper Automation strategy. Working closely with product, delivery, and engineering teams, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into sustainable technical solutions.

This is a temporary maternity-cover position that ensures continuity of the RPA Architect role during this period.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and govern RPA architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across the product.
  • Review and guide solution designs to ensure scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise requirements.
  • Support development teams with architectural decisions, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Product Heads, and Delivery Leads to align automation solutions with business outcomes.
  • Maintain oversight of the RPA landscape, including integrations, dependencies, and technical debt.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across RPA, Power Platform, and AI.

Key Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar Architect or Senior RPA role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Blue Prism, including design and governance of enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and APIs within automation ecosystems.
  • Experience in defining architecture standards and managing technical debt.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience in supporting maintenance and platform improvements.
