About the Role

  • Implement and customize Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
  • Configure, integrate, and customize Salesforce software to meet client needs.
  • As part of the R&D team, create, design, and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by clients.
  • Work directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team.
  • Create guided flows using OmniStudio and Flows.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in IT or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Basic understanding of the Salesforce Platform.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
  • Good command of English, at least B2 level.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Availability for full-time employment.
  • Readiness to travel, depending on the project; work may be partially client-side.
  • Ability to work in the European Union.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of software development best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Vlocity, MuleSoft, and others.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer or another relevant certification.
  • OmniStudio experience.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
  • Teamwork skills and experience.
  • Understanding of design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with web services (REST/SOAP), microservices, JMS, Spring, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to build lasting, positive relationships with clients and managed-team members.
  • Additional language skills, such as Swedish, German, or French.

The final salary offer may fall outside the given brackets depending on education, experience, and location.
