Senior OTC Delivery Lead

Summary

The Senior OTC Delivery Lead is crucial for leading the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in a global SAP transformation initiative. This role ensures effective alignment between business needs and IT solutions during the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Own and lead the OTC workstream within the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Drive global design and standardization of OTC processes, including Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, and Collections.
• Ensure alignment between business stakeholders, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from blueprint and design through go-live and hypercare.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Support change management and drive adoption across regions.
• Coordinate dependencies with other workstreams, including Finance and Supply Chain.

Key Requirements

• 8–10+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Proven track record in global SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA.
• Experience as a Delivery Lead, Stream Lead, or similar role in large transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of integrations, including Finance, Logistics, and eCommerce.
• Solid senior-level stakeholder management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus.
