FP&A / Financial Planning Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced consultant to support the tender process and subsequently participate in project implementation.

The role goes beyond implementation. You will support the definition and design of the proposed solution, advise on the technical approach, and contribute to preparing the tender offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Strong background in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and FP&A processes
• Experience designing planning solutions from business concept through implementation
• Ability to lead workshops with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into planning models and solution architecture
• Experience with:
  • Driver-based planning
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Rolling Forecast
  • Scenario Planning / What-if Analysis
  • Cash-flow Planning
  • Cost Allocation Models
  • Management Reporting
• Ability to help define:
  • Planning concept and operating model
  • Planning processes and governance
  • Business requirements
  • Planning architecture and solution design
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP Datasphere is a strong advantage
• Fluent English (B2)
• Polish is strongly preferred
