Opportunity Details

Mercy Health Springfield is seeking board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physicians to join a well-established, growing practice within the Bon Secours Mercy Health system.

Position Highlights

• Full-scope OB/GYN including clinic, surgery, and inpatient care
• Monday–Thursday 8 AM – 5 PM, Friday 8 AM – 12 PM
• Call is 1:6 with midwives taking first call
• 254-bed hospital with Level 2 nursery, 8 labor beds, 20-bed postpartum unit, 6-bed special care nursery, and 6 triage beds
• 24/7 anesthesia and neonatology coverage on-site
• Access to GYN Oncology and Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists
• In-office procedures including hysteroscopy, D&C, LEEP, endometrial ablation, and MonaLisa Touch
• Advanced office equipment: ultrasound, nonstress testing, Dysis Colposcope
• EPIC EMR across both inpatient and outpatient settings
• 1,283 deliveries in 2025; on pace for similar volume in 2026
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem options available

Position Benefits

• Competitive base salary with two-year guarantee transitioning to wRVU productivity model
