Kubernetes Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Proactively advise customers and help drive their technological and commercial development.
• Drive the continuous development of Kubernetes platforms.
• Design and implement new Kubernetes features to provide developers with self-service capabilities.
• Develop and optimize automation using CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Support the management of multi-cloud infrastructures and the implementation of additional cloud-native strategies.
• Work with cloud providers including Azure, AWS, GCP, Scaleway, and STACKIT.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate modern DevOps practices into the development lifecycle and foster shared learning.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to internal projects used for sales and training purposes.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in an IT-related field.
• Confident communication in Polish and English.
• Enjoy working with customers and communicate effectively.
• Solid experience building and operating Kubernetes platforms; knowledge of self-service concepts for developer teams is preferred.
• Daily experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, such as Argo CD and Flux, with an active focus on automation.
• Proficiency with observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• DevOps expertise in Bash/Shell and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely, with at least one visit to the Katowice office per quarter.
