Product Owner

We are building financial infrastructure for institutions: regulated entities, real banking rails, stablecoins, and payments. The product is a next-generation wallet platform and banking app built around crypto and stablecoin technology. It currently exists as a concept; your role is to turn it into a real product, then scale it.

This is not a backlog-management role in an established structure. There is no legacy product, inherited roadmap, or committee between you and the decision. You will start at the concept stage and lead the product from day one.

What you'll do

• Take the product from concept to launch: shape the vision into something real, ship it, then grow and scale it.
• Build the team you need, with direct input into who joins and how the product organization takes shape.
• Own product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Work directly with key stakeholders and business leadership.
• Drive AI-first development, with AI embedded in how the team works, prototypes, and ships.
• See the impact of decisions quickly in a venture-builder environment.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience building products from scratch.
• Hands-on fintech experience.
• Working knowledge of crypto, Web3, or stablecoin-based financial solutions, or a strong demonstrable drive to develop in this area.
• Experience shipping products in a startup environment; comfort with ambiguity, speed, and shifting priorities.
• Experience leading a development team.
• Strong AI fluency: vibe coding, running AI-first development, and using AI as a core part of building.
• High ownership and excellent communication skills.
• English at C1 level.

Nice to have

• Technical or software engineering background.
