Description

Own the product vision and roadmap for an automation tool supporting inbound and outbound messaging to global talent. The solution helps recruiters save 70% of their time while connecting HR departments and technology scale-ups.

The product is at the pre-seed stage, and its MVP is generating strong user feedback. The pre-seed phase is expected to last 3–4 months, culminating in initial commercial trials and onboarding enterprise clients.

Project scope

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define a compelling product vision grounded in customer insights, business objectives, and market capacity for services.
• Customer Discovery & Value Definition: Lead with Sales and TA teams to ensure all functionalities are defined, mapped, and planned for development.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Build an outcome-oriented roadmap, using multiple data sources and integrating with leading ATS platforms in the region.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle from MVP through scaling, adoption, and client onboarding.

Competence demands

• Work with AI, UX, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business teams.
• Use Agile frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
• Operate effectively with external partners, including data sources and ATS platforms.
• Define and track KPIs for conversion, engagement, and performance.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and a commercial mindset.
• Take a hands-on, proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Have experience in startup or scale-up culture.
• Have experience in multi-market or international environments.
• Very good English skills.
