NetSuite Functional Consultant

The project focuses on migrating, configuring, and optimizing a new NetSuite ERP environment. It includes system integrations, customization assessment, and technical validation to ensure a smooth migration and alignment with NetSuite best practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and NetSuite configuration.
• Conduct functional walkthrough sessions with client teams.
• Map BRD requirements to NetSuite capabilities.
• Identify gaps, improvements, and customization replacement opportunities.
• Configure and validate NetSuite modules.
• Support migration validation activities.
• Prepare functional documentation.
• Support UAT preparation and execution.
• Define acceptance criteria.
• Support Change Request evaluation.
• Guide the client on NetSuite best practices.

Must-haves

• 3+ years of NetSuite functional consulting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
• Experience conducting workshops with business stakeholders.
• Experience with Finance processes.
• Experience with Procurement.
• Experience with Inventory.
• Experience with Order management.
• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis.
• Experience supporting UAT and go-live preparation.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate+.

Nice to haves

• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
