NetSuite Team Lead

The project focuses on migrating, configuring, and optimizing a new NetSuite ERP environment. It includes system integrations, customization assessment, and technical validation to ensure a smooth migration and alignment with NetSuite best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall NetSuite solution architecture and design decisions.
• Define the migration approach and validate the blind migration strategy.
• Review existing NetSuite configuration, workflows, scripts, and customizations.
• Identify opportunities to replace custom solutions with NetSuite out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Lead functional walkthroughs and gap analysis sessions.
• Support decisions around Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory/WMS, Manufacturing, Reporting, and Integrations.
• Ensure alignment between BRD requirements, NetSuite capabilities, project scope, and the delivery roadmap.
• Review the solution impact of change requests.
• Support client stakeholders with ERP best-practice guidance.
• Provide architectural guidance for integrations and data migration.

Must-haves

• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
• Experience with NetSuite migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld.
• Experience leading ERP discovery and gap analysis.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement business processes.
• Experience evaluating out-of-the-box versus customization approaches.
• Experience communicating with C-level stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
