The project supports, enhances, and continuously develops the Salesforce ecosystem for a major energy infrastructure company. It delivers new CRM capabilities, automates and optimizes business processes, and ensures platform stability, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and REST APIs.
  • Implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows and automation.
  • Implement Case Management processes, including Case Lifecycle, Routing, and Approval Processes.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Perform data modeling activities.
  • Support testing, UAT, deployment, and deployment preparation activities.
  • Support migration activities from legacy customer service platforms to Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Produce technical documentation.
  • Support post-go-live, post-deployment, and post-migration stabilization activities.
  • Perform knowledge transfer activities.
  • Work with GitHub, GitLab, DevOps Center, VS Code, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, pull requests, and release management processes.

Must-haves

  • Professional experience as a Salesforce Developer for 2+ years.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience designing REST APIs, data modeling, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification.
  • Hands-on DevOps experience with GitHub, GitLab, DevOps Center, VS Code, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), CI/CD pipelines, branching, pull requests, deployment preparation, release management, and production stabilization.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or above.
