Description

As a Business Analyst, you will join an international team supporting data-driven initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and support delivery of data solutions related to consent management. The role bridges business and technology, ensuring solutions align with regulatory requirements and business objectives while contributing to Agile project delivery.

Project Scope

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand consent-management processes and business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and maintain the product backlog using JIRA and AirFocus.
  • Support the design and implementation of data solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system integrations.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards, including GxP requirements.
  • Support end-to-end delivery of data solutions from analysis through implementation.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and business transformation initiatives.

Competence Demands

  • 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including user stories, JIRA, and AirFocus.
  • Experience working with complex integrated systems.
  • Experience in regulated environments (GxP).
  • Understanding of data-analysis concepts, preferably within consent management.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end data-solution delivery.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in international and virtual teams.
  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life-sciences industry.
  • Experience delivering data-related projects supporting clinical-trial planning, execution, or analysis.
  • Knowledge of User-Centered Design and Design Thinking.
  • Experience with UX, prototyping, UI design, or business-process design.
  • Experience working in global, multicultural organizations.
