Service Desk Agent / IT Support (M/F/D)

Your responsibilities

• Providing 1st-level IT support services
• Accepting user requests via email, phone, and web; classifying them in a global ticketing system; performing initial troubleshooting and 1st-line resolution; and escalating to 2nd- and/or 3rd-level support teams in line with SLA targets
• Informing and supporting end users during IT system unavailability
• Communicating planned outages and service windows to the end-user community
• Administering accounts and managing passwords across multiple IT systems
• Developing and maintaining support documentation (Knowledge Base)
• Ensuring a high level of customer support and satisfaction

Our requirements

• Experience in a similar position, such as Service Desk, Help Desk, or Customer Support
• Very good written and spoken English
• General IT understanding and willingness to expand this knowledge
• Interest in challenges and skills development
• Team-player attitude, open-minded personality, and positive approach
