Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Cyber Security Case ManagerResponsibilities:Lead and coordinate security cases related to significant deficiencies identified through penetration testing, offensive security assessments and operational security activitiesEnsure security findings and associated risks are properly analysed, assessed and understoodDrive remediation activities and follow up on progress until identified risks are appropriately addressedCoordinate cooperation between technical teams, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management and other relevant stakeholdersFacilitate discussions and support decision-making around complex security and risk topicsEnsure remediation activities are completed within agreed timelines and aligned with the organisation's risk appetiteMaintain ownership of assigned cases and proactively remove blockers or escalate issues where necessaryPrepare and deliver clear updates and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements:Min. 3 years of relevant professional experiencePractical experience working with IT infrastructure and Cyber SecurityExperience in IT Risk ManagementGood understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST and ISO/IEC 27001Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure complex or initially unclear topicsExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersGood presentation skills and the ability to prepare and deliver materials that support and influence stakeholder decisionsStrong ownership mindset and the ability to independently drive assigned responsibilitiesPositive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn about new and unfamiliar areasVery good spoken and written EnglishNice to have:Relevant security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, OSCP, CEH or CREST Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
