Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Linux Server Support SpecialistResponsibilities:Support enterprise server environments based on RHEL/Unix systemsCollaborate with Server Engineering (governance, security, architecture, design) on infrastructure evolutionCoordinate with external support teams handling daily operationsDrive reduction of major incidents and minimize their durationOptimize resource utilization (servers, licenses, workforce)Improve support quality for IT operations and development teamsDiagnose and troubleshoot complex server issues and incidentsRestore services quickly after failures or disruptionsProvide technical consultation to internal teamsDefine and maintain standard operating proceduresEnsure compliance with engineering and cybersecurity policiesPerform patching, upgrades, hardening, and monitoring of systems Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in managing hundreds of RHEL and Unix servers in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with RedHat Satellite for management and deploymentStrong understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) compute and operationsAbility to design and implement automation using Ansible and TerraformAbility to optimize cloud cost (FinOps) and manage security/compliance in GCPExperience in identifying and remediating configuration inconsistencies in hybrid environmentsFamiliarity with monitoring and management tools for RHEL/Unix and GCPProven experience in daily server operations, troubleshooting and incident responsePractical experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow or similarUnderstanding of IT governance, operational control, and compliance processesStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and qualityProactive, result-oriented and automation-focused mindsetOwnership and accountability for delivered resultsStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsEnglish proficiency at minimum B2 levelNice to have:Experience with additional Unix systems: Solaris, AIX, IBMiExperience with Veritas Cluster AdministrationExperience with VMware environments Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
