Product Manager (Poland, Remote)

Senior • Remote

228,000 - 276,000 PLN/yr

Warsaw, Poland

Role Overview

This role sits at the heart of the agent experience. Carrier access is the core value proposition: it is why agents use the platform and how they grow their business. You will own how agents discover carriers, request access, and get to the point of quoting across 150+ carrier relationships, working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, the US-based business team, and carrier partners directly.

Because carrier partnerships are growing quickly, this is not a pure-builder role. You will spend significant time coordinating access requirements and go-to-market timing directly with carriers and the business side, acting as an informal leader for a broad group of people who do not report to you. The role requires the ability to inspire and align others through strong thinking and problem framing rather than authority.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive your own discovery by finding and defining problems through data, agent conversations, and carrier feedback—not from a pre-defined backlog.
  • Drive product strategy and own the roadmap for carrier discovery and access.
  • Decide what is worth solving and defend decisions with reasoning rather than intuition.
  • Own the Carrier Store end to end—the marketplace where agents discover and request carrier access—and the workflows behind 150+ carrier processes.
  • Coordinate directly with carrier partners and the US-based business team on access requirements and go-to-market timing.
  • Bring engineering, design, finance, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders into a shared understanding of a problem; influence without formal authority is central to the role.
  • Define and track KPIs, such as time from request to access and conversion, and prioritize work by impact.

What You Bring

  • Current or most recent experience as a Product Manager, ideally 4+ years.
  • Outcome-driven rather than delivery-driven mindset.
  • End-to-end product ownership experience, including independent discovery, data analysis, and direct conversations with users and partners.
  • Ability to influence engineers, designers, and carrier partners through reasoning and problem framing rather than job title.
  • Comfort working without a rigid playbook; teams use elements of Scrum and Kanban where useful but do not standardize process across teams.
  • Basic understanding of how APIs and data mapping work; deep technical skills are not required.
  • Professional fluency in English and Polish.
  • Based in Poland and comfortable with regular afternoon/evening meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Scale-up experience and comfort moving quickly.
  • B2B marketplace or insurance industry background.
  • Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools.
