Are you a hands-on Salesforce developer passionate about building robust, scalable systems that make a real impact? We’re looking for a skilled engineer to focus on a core digital platform that connects with Health Care Professionals globally.

What you’ll achieve

  • Take ownership of the Health Care CRM, building new features and enhancing its capabilities.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of new technologies that will form the foundation of the next-generation architecture.
  • Embed and champion software engineering best practices, including code review, fostering high-quality code, robust design, and continuous delivery.
  • Contribute to the delivery of new products and features that measurably improve the experience for sales, brand, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for new features and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to the architecture and optimization of the core CRM platform, planning its integration with and/or migration to future systems.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensure robust monitoring and observability, and contribute to release management processes.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, lead code reviews, and help define best practices.

Job Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Solid experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, LWC, and integration patterns.
  • Veeva knowledge is a huge plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automating build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools and practices.
  • AI tools knowledge is also a plus.
  • Clear and effective technical communication skills.
