Lead Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the design and development of Agentforce Generative AI agents. This hands-on role requires experience delivering innovative solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and a strong technical background in Salesforce platform optimization. The role will help shape the implementation of AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and team members to design and implement AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Participate in project discussions to gather requirements and report progress.
• Communicate effectively to align solutions with business and team objectives.
• Manage multiple tasks and adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Conduct technical research and analysis to recommend optimized solutions to business challenges.
• Develop new functionalities and enhancements based on provided requirements and insights.
• Provide support during the maintenance phase, improving performance, refactoring code, and adding enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience.
• Proficiency in implementing AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Experience configuring agent reasoning, guardrails, action frameworks, and workflows.
• Capability to design prompts and instruction frameworks for AI agents.
• Expertise in optimizing agent responses with contextual grounding and data retrieval.
• Skills in monitoring and tuning performance of AI agents.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) processes.
• Background working with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Experience handling large volumes of data and implementing complex data models and business logic.
• Knowledge of integrating with third-party systems and troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring seamless coordination with team members.
• Flexibility to work under tight deadlines and effectively handle changing requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
