Conversational AI Consultant/Developer with German

Responsibilities

• Automate various business processes using CAI platforms (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy) with deterministic rule-based and probabilistic LLM-based approaches.
• Conduct business analysis for use cases selected for CAI automation.
• Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompt strategies.
• Develop solutions, including API call configuration, NLP training, and TTS enhancements.
• Perform functional and NLP testing.
• Collaborate with business owners and clients to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of at least one major CAI platform: Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa, Cognigy, or Zowie.
• Experience in business requirements analysis and process design.
• Experience with conversational AI, voice AI, or chatbot technologies, including Cognigy, ElevenLabs, or Zowie.
• Strong communication and escalation skills.
• Good command of English and Polish.
• German proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
• Enthusiastic, proactive attitude and strong ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced prompt engineering and LLM orchestration.
• Familiarity with TTS and voice AI solutions.
• Knowledge of REST API integrations and webhook-based architectures.
• Experience working in agile environments.
