User Environment Administrator (F/M/X)

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the end-user computing environment and client workstations.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software.
• Administer SCCM and Intune for software deployment, device management, and configuration.
• Administer Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 applications.
• Configure and manage Windows devices using Windows Autopilot.
• Configure and manage Mac devices using JAMF.
• Automate endpoint administration tasks and collaborate closely with HelpDesk teams and other IT departments to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune.
• Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Autopilot and modern device management.
• Ability to work remotely in a team and communicate effectively.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Readiness for independent work and learning in the listed areas.
