Mid/Senior Mainframe Engineer (System Automation)

Scope

• Design, configure and continuously improve monitoring and automation solutions for IBM z/OS environments.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency and platform stability.
• Ensure reliable, secure and highly available mainframe services through proactive automation and monitoring.
• Provide technical guidance on automation design and operational best practices.
• Implement new automation workflows, enhance existing monitoring rules and support ongoing service improvements.
• Partner with international IT teams to troubleshoot production issues, resolve incidents and deliver automation projects.

Profile

• Experience in IBM Z System Automation (SA z/OS).
• Experience in mainframe infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of IBM NetView for monitoring and system management.
• Desired skills: REXX, JCL, system commands and service monitoring.
• Onsite in Krakow – 6 days of your choice per month.
