Software Developer

Role Overview:

This role bridges the gap between infrastructure and development teams. You will investigate their pain points, design thoughtful solutions, and deliver tools that accelerate and streamline work for other engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and building scalable microservices

• End-to-end ownership of tasks – from design to deployment and meeting deadlines

• Fast-response production support, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and bug fixing

• Technical support and advisory for platform users

Requirements:

• Background in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE (ideal)

• Deep knowledge of networking and architecture: HTTP, DNS, TLS, Load Balancing, proxies, Service Mesh, and API Gateways

• Strong programming skills (OOP/procedural) in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Clojure

• Hands-on experience with Grafana and InfluxDB, along with a solid understanding of time-series databases

• Office-based work in Kraków for any 6 days per month.
