About the role

  • Analyse and understand business and technical requirements and work with clients across different domains and industries.
  • Produce high-quality design deliverables showing how solutions accommodate business and technical requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns.
  • Conduct unit and manual testing and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to troubleshoot and address issues.
  • Work in an agile, international environment with experienced and skilled colleagues in Warsaw and Europe.
  • Plan and organize your work, reporting issues and progress accurately and promptly.
  • Work with programming languages and technologies that vary by project; a large part of the stack is Microsoft: .NET 6, C#, Entity Framework, and MVC, with Azure DevOps, Docker, SonarQube, and Git for CI/CD.

About you

  • Graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or another related numerate discipline.
  • At least 1–3 years of commercial .NET development experience after graduation.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and data modelling.
  • Familiarity with design and architectural patterns and modern system development.
  • Open to and able to quickly learn new technologies.
