About the project

The Product Technology group enables products to be deployed rapidly, operated seamlessly in the cloud, and supported by tools that help developers build high-quality software at scale. It brings together Application Security & Operations, Developer Experience, Platform Engineering and Technical Architecture.

As a Senior Dev Enablement Engineer, you will enable Product Development teams to deploy, run and optimise applications on secure, scalable and reliable infrastructure. You will improve developer experience, streamline deployment and drive operational excellence across the software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Development, Platform Engineering and Software Engineering teams to design scalable, secure and resilient cloud solutions.
• Build, maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code to improve deployment efficiency and standardisation.
• Define, measure and improve SLIs/SLOs and contribute to reusable infrastructure and deployment blueprints.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise production environments for availability, performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Support application modernisation through containerisation, Kubernetes adoption and migration toward cloud-native architectures.
• Drive adoption of best practices in security, observability, cloud infrastructure and developer enablement.

What we're looking for

Key qualifications

• Senior-level background in cloud infrastructure engineering and operations across AWS and Azure, with exposure to VMware.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tooling: GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code: Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible and Scalr.
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud cost modelling and optimisation, observability using New Relic and OpenTelemetry, and software supply chain security including SAST, SCA and pipeline controls.
• Solid understanding of NIST 800, CIS and SOC 2 security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience partnering closely with development teams.

What team would I join?

You will join the Dev Enablement team within Platform Technology. Engineers are embedded with specific development teams, participate in planning and own CI/CD, tooling and secure, fast releases.

What do you look for?

The role requires energy, proactivity and the ability to translate technical concepts for product owners and non-technical stakeholders, supported by hands-on CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code and platform design expertise. Candidates should provide concrete examples of improving how a team ships software.

What does the process look like?

The selection process has four stages: an introductory call, an interview with the hiring manager, a panel with two Dev Enablement engineers and a panel with Platform Engineering. It typically takes 2–3 weeks, includes no take-home assignments and provides feedback after every stage. Interviews are conducted in English.

Where would I work?

Hybrid work model with three days per week in the office.
