Forward Deployed Engineer Internship

Join the Data & AI team to build solutions that transform businesses.

This internship blends business and technical work, helping customers get the most from ready-made tools, products, and models. Rather than always building custom programs or agents, engagements may involve teaching customers to use tools such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, UI Path, or Amazon Quick.

You will begin by treating the internal organization as your first customer and streamlining work for teams including Marketing, Sales, and Alliances. An AI-native engineering team will guide you in building business and technical expertise before you support customer engagements alongside Solution Architects, AI Architects, and Delivery Managers.

Commercial experience is not required.

Requirements

• Personal experience using Claude and ChatGPT as working tools, not only as query engines
• Knowledge of MCP, Skills, Projects, Plugins, and Connectors, including personal-assistant ecosystems and capabilities
• Presentation skills: ability to explain a technical problem clearly
• Analytical skills to identify customer needs in the context of their business domain
• Programming skills to deploy, build, or extend MCP servers when needed
• Ability to multitask, maintain to-do lists, and manage dozens of small initiatives in an evolving ecosystem
• Written and spoken English at C1 level
• Written and spoken Polish at C1 level

Role focus

You will primarily analyze business requirements; create guidelines, standards, and processes for personal assistants at scale; and use tools such as Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, and no-code engines including UI Path and ElevenLabs Agents. Programming will be limited and generally AI-assisted rather than done manually.

Interview

The interview focuses mainly on presentation skills and AI-tooling capabilities. Present how an AI harness of your choice enables knowledge work; programming is not required. Demonstrate how you use tools such as Claude Cowork, Amazon Quick, Copilot, ChatGPT Work, Codex, n8n, or similar: how you configure, enhance, work with, and automate them. How you use the tools is more important than what you built.

Projects

Projects range from a few-week PoC or MVP to production deployments lasting many months or years. Clients range from mid-sized Polish companies to international enterprises.
