Project Description

An AI-ready internal platform is being built for a leading international manufacturer of premium kitchen and household appliances. The platform will standardize and simplify software delivery across the organization.

You will join experienced professionals shaping the platform vision, defining engineering best practices, and enabling hundreds of developers, including increasingly AI-powered workflows, to deliver production-ready solutions faster and with greater confidence.

The work combines dedicated product-team agility with a focus on quality, user experience, and product excellence. Teams collaborate closely, respond quickly to customer feedback, and continuously evolve products while maintaining high engineering standards.

The culture emphasizes ownership, transparency, and collaboration. Communication is open, hierarchy is minimal, and everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas regardless of role or seniority. Learning from challenges and improving together is valued over assigning blame.

This is a fully remote role within Poland. Occasional business travel to Germany or Zurich, typically once per quarter for 3–4 days, is expected to collaborate with stakeholders and participate in strategic workshops.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end platform reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
  • Drive platform improvements with engineering and business stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
  • Enable teams through developer support, mentoring, and best practices
  • Ensure observability through monitoring, logging, and tracing, and prevent incidents proactively
  • Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
  • Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets
  • Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and security standards
  • Contribute to platform strategy, architecture, and governance
  • Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
