Summary

Provide deep telecom operational and engineering expertise for AI agent development across NOC, Service Assurance, Fault Management, Performance Management, and 5G network operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of AI within telecom operations.
• Define telecom use cases for autonomous agents.
• Translate NOC workflows into AI-driven automated processes.
• Build AI-assisted fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis logic.
• Create knowledge models for:
  • Alarm Correlation
  • Incident Management
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Capacity Management
  • Service Impact Analysis
• Support development of AI agents capable of:
  • Fault isolation
  • Self-healing actions
  • Automated ticket enrichment
  • Change impact assessment
• Validate network recommendations generated by AI agents.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years in telecom operations.
• Hands-on NOC leadership experience.
• Experience managing nationwide mobile network operations.
• Proven expertise in 4G/5G rollout and optimization.
• Familiarity with telemetry, streaming analytics, observability, and AI-driven operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agent frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-based telecom environments.
• Certifications in telecom management.

This is a 12-month contract involving collaboration with NOC, Service Assurance, and Performance Management teams.
