Principal Telecom NOC & 5G Domain Expert

We are looking for a Principal Telecom NOC & 5G Domain Expert with extensive experience in telecom operations, service assurance, and mobile network management to support the development of next-generation AI-driven network operations solutions. Willing to travel as required, particularly to Germany and the UK.

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in telecom operations.
• Strong hands-on NOC and Service Assurance experience.
• Experience managing nationwide mobile network operations.
• Proven expertise in 4G/LTE and 5G rollout, operations, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of Fault Management, Incident Management, Alarm Correlation, and Performance Monitoring.
• Experience with Capacity Management and Service Impact Analysis.
• Familiarity with telemetry, observability, streaming analytics, and AIOps platforms.
• Ability to translate operational workflows into automated and AI-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Define telecom use cases for autonomous AI agents.
• Design AI-assisted fault diagnosis and root-cause analysis processes.
• Develop knowledge models for alarm correlation, incident management, network performance, and service assurance.
• Support AI-driven capabilities such as fault isolation, self-healing actions, ticket enrichment, and change impact assessment.
• Validate network recommendations generated by AI agents.
• Work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and network architects to shape autonomous network operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML-driven operations (AIOps).
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS ecosystems.
• Exposure to cloud-native telecom environments and network automation.
