We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer to work at the intersection of user research, visual design, and frontend execution. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to turn complex enterprise commerce challenges into simple, intuitive, and polished user experiences.

You can work remotely from anywhere in Poland, with a visit to the Gliwice office at least once per month to meet the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • UX Research & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to evaluate user requirements, conducting market research, contextual inquiries, competitive analysis, and user feedback synthesis.
  • End-to-End UI/UX Design: Produce high-quality design solutions, including wireframes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, interactive prototypes, and graphical UI elements.
  • Design System & Pattern Library: Work from and actively contribute to the existing design system and UI pattern library to ensure visual and functional consistency across the entire product.
  • Problem-Solving & Iteration: Identify and troubleshoot complex UX friction points, iteratively refining interfaces based on user data and technical feedback.
  • Engineering Handoff & Alignment: Partner closely with software developers to help them understand design intent, refine logical UI patterns, and execute ideas effectively during implementation.

About You

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in an enterprise SaaS, B2B cloud, or software environment.
  • Education: Academic degree or certificate in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Design Systems & Tools: Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma, and experienced in creating or expanding structured UI design systems.
  • User-Centered Design: Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, logical UI patterns, responsive layouts, polished visual transitions, and data-informed research methods.
  • Collaboration & Storytelling: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to technical teams, product managers, and leadership.
  • Mindset: Dynamic team player with a startup mindset, high attention to detail, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, minimum B2/C1 level.

Bonus Points

  • E-Commerce Domain: Understanding of B2B digital commerce workflows or enterprise cloud products.
  • Frontend Awareness: Basic understanding of modern web technologies—HTML, CSS, and React—and their constraints to streamline developer collaboration.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Meaningful Impact: Take direct ownership of the look, feel, and usability of a next-generation commerce platform.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive, cross-functional team where product managers, designers, and engineers work in close partnership without bureaucracy.
  • Flexible Work Setup: Enjoy a remote/hybrid work model that promotes flexibility and personal well-being while encouraging meaningful team connections; meet in the Gliwice office at least once a month.
  • Continuous Growth: Evolve the design language, experiment with modern AI-driven design workflows, and solve meaningful UX challenges in enterprise software.
  • Come as you are: A variety of perspectives, collaborative spirit, communication, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving are valued. Candidates who do not meet every technical criterion but are passionate about UI/UX design and intuitive software are encouraged to apply.
