Main Responsibilities: Executing API, frontend, integration, and end-to-end test automation. Performing contract testing and schema validation. Defining acceptance criteria from specifications. Validating workflows, state transitions, authorizations, and audits. Conducting data quality and traceability testing. Implementing CI/CD quality gates and ensuring release readiness. Carrying out non-functional testing for performance, reliability, and security. Evaluating AI/agent performance including quality recommendations and validations. Key Requirements: Experience in spec-driven development mindset. Knowledge of contract-first delivery methodologies. Proficiency in .NET, React, and API-first delivery. Understanding of agentic workflow and human-in-the-loop governance. Commitment to auditability, traceability, and explainability by design. Nice to Have: Experience in cross-capability collaboration.
