Java Backend Developer

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Work Model: Hybrid (1-2 days per month in the Warsaw office)
Start Date: ASAP / up to 30 days notice period

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software enhancements.

• Prepare and maintain development environments.

• Create and modify databases.

• Design and execute unit and integration tests.

• Ensure solutions comply with system architecture and coding standards.

• Perform code reviews and quality assurance activities.

• Prepare releases, configurations, and deployment documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.

• Strong Java development skills.

• Experience with high-volume, real-time data processing systems.

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.

• Experience in the banking or financial sector.

• Understanding of software testing and system integration.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Java Swing (Full Stack profile).
