Your main responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven Marketing Automation Development Specialist to join the CVM team. The initial focus is the smooth delivery and execution of daily tasks, including creating push and email notifications and automation workflows from ready-made assets. The role also calls for initiative, technical improvement ideas, and growth toward more advanced projects.
Workflows and Automation
- Independently create and manage marketing automation workflows of moderate complexity, with team support for highly complex processes.
Templates and Code (HTML/CSS/React)
- Work on HTML/CSS components by expanding existing components and creating new ones.
- Maintain the main email template in line with brand standards.
- Provide basic technical support for React components within templates.
Data Handling (SQL)
- Use basic SQL knowledge to prepare simple target groups and generate basic campaign reports.
Analytics and Optimization
- Analyze campaign results, draw actionable conclusions, and propose simpler, more reliable technical solutions for new initiatives.
Support and Collaboration (SPOC)
- Support the CVM team and other departments with technical and business matters related to the main template and tools.
Onboarding and Mentoring
- Onboard new junior team members, share knowledge, and help resolve technical issues.

Industry Knowledge

Technical and Hard Skills
