Senior Power Platform Deployment Manager

Project Scope

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions and custom integrations.
• Automate repetitive deployment and operational processes to improve delivery efficiency.
• Manage releases and change requests across multiple environments: Dev, Test, UAT, UAT2, and Production.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and platform teams to accelerate the path from development to production.
• Support low-code and pro-code deployment models using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
• Implement and maintain deployment standards, governance, and release-management practices.
• Monitor platform health and application performance using monitoring and logging tools.
• Analyze logs and telemetry data to identify issues and proactively improve system reliability.
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues, minimizing downtime and service disruption.
• Ensure security controls are incorporated into the CI/CD process, including vulnerability scanning and secure deployment practices.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment frameworks and DevOps processes.

Competence Demands

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages/Portals.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform environments and deployments.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps and strong knowledge of YAML-based CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated testing, deployment, rollback, and release management.
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability scanning within CI/CD processes.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of Bicep templates.
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and operational support.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting experience with Application Insights/API Insights, Azure Function App logs, Power Platform Flow logs, and custom monitoring and analytics solutions.
• Working knowledge of C#/.NET, PowerShell, Bash, YAML, XML, and JavaScript.
• Very good command of English.
