It involves developing continuity frameworks, governance processes, disruption scenarios, and testing methodologies to ensure compliance with DORA requirements and enhance organizational resilience to ICT disruptions. Responsibilities you'll haveSupport the identification and definition of ICT disruption scenarios and map them to relevant Critical Important Functions (CIFs)Contribute to the development of the ICT Business Continuity Planning (ICT BCP) framework and templates and supporting documentation Assist in designing and implementing ICT BCP testing methodologies based on Business Continuity, Crisis Management & Recovery (BCCM&R) standards Plan, facilitate, and coordinate workshops with key stakeholders to develop and maintain ICT Business Continuity PlansMonitor and track actions arising from meetings, coordinate follow-up activities, and provide timely updates to the Delivery Lead for project reporting purposesCollaborate closely with the DORA Programme and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of ICT BCP scope, content, and regulatory requirementsSupport the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ICT BCP governance documentation and lifecycle management processesPrepare project documentation, presentations, status reports, and other delivery materials required throughout the project lifecycleEngage with multiple business and technology teams to gather requirements, consolidate inputs, and ensure consistent implementation of ICT continuity standards Expected competences and knowledge1–3 years of experience in Business Continuity Management, Business Continuity Planning, or Operational Resilience initiativesGood understanding of ICT Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, and Crisis Management frameworksStrong knowledge of DORA and other relevant regulatory requirements related to ICT resilience within the Financial Services Industry (FSI)Previous hands-on experience working on Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience projects in a financial services environmentExperience creating and maintaining frameworks, policies, procedures, governance documentation, and operational processesAbility to prepare high-quality project documentation, presentations, reports, and stakeholder-facing materialsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and coordinate activities across multiple teamsExperience working in complex projects with multiple workstreams, deliverables, and dependenciesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detailAbility to gather and rationalize input from various stakeholders and translate requirements into practical solutionsProfessional proficiency in English, both written and spokenSelf-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in dynamic and cross-functional environments Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?Jit Team has had an over-decade-long relationship with the leading financial group in the Nordic countries, and we are privileged to be our client's premier partner in Poland.
