Description

The product combines advanced image, text, and video AI models into intelligent workflows for real-world collaboration. It focuses not only on content generation, but also on planning, coordination, and execution.

Your Role

• Own the P/SDLC end to end; identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and increase team velocity from idea through deployment.
• Design and implement an AI-native PDLC, including tool integration and the definition and tracking of performance metrics.
• Independently ship full-stack solutions; collaborate with PXMs on specifications and problem-solving; deliver business and customer outcomes.
• Mentor and upskill the team, raise execution standards, and scale best practices across the organization.
• Drive product innovation by defining and running experiments and using data to create measurable impact.
• Build a high-velocity, execution-focused culture by unblocking teams and enabling fast iteration and continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing SDLC/PDLC end to end.
• Strong ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Solid full-stack engineering background and ability to independently deliver solutions.
• Experience working closely with Product/PXM teams and strong understanding of business metrics.
• Exposure to AI environments, tooling, or automation-driven workflows.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-change environments with an iterative mindset.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams.
• Strong product mindset and ability to define and execute experiments.

Nice to Have

• Leadership experience and a track record of leading teams toward clear goals and outcomes.
• Background in film, video, or creative-technology industries.
• Production experience with image and video model APIs.
• Knowledge of prompt chaining and AI model orchestration.
• DevOps or Product Ops background.
• Proven ability to significantly increase team velocity, such as achieving 2x improvements.
• Design skills or experience managing design systems.
• Strong product sense and ability to identify and execute market opportunities.
