Senior ML Engineer / ML Architect

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer to contribute hands-on to commercial projects that deliver value for customers and to lead the ML and/or Agentic AI part of projects. The role combines strong machine learning expertise with experience building scalable, production-grade inference services and ML infrastructure.

Key Information

• Salary: 24,000–28,000 PLN net/month on a pure B2B contract
• Salary: 21,000–24,500 PLN net/month on a B2B contract with days off included

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in software engineering or research, including 5+ years of hands-on Machine Learning experience and a production track record in Agentic AI
• Proven track record in Computer Vision and Agentic AI
• Experience designing scalable, production-ready AI architectures
• Can-do and proactive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• English proficiency at a minimum C1 level

Nice to Have

• German language skills
• Experience with Edge AI deployment and neural network optimization

Technology Stack

• Python, PyTorch, ONNX, NumPy, Pandas/Polars
• Strong proficiency in AWS/Azure, Pytest, VSCode, DVC, and an experiment-tracking framework such as DVC Studio, MLflow, W&B, or similar
• Familiarity with the Computer Vision ML stack: OpenCV, TorchVision, TensorRT, Vision Transformers
• Agentic AI stack: Agno, LangChain + LangGraph, Arize Phoenix/LangFuse/LangSmith, Milvus/Qdrant, LlamaIndex, and multimodal ML methods

Responsibilities

• Estimate new projects
• Implement code hands-on
• Plan architecture and implementation for AI projects
• Contribute to the company-wide AI strategy
• Supervise project implementation
• Participate in promotional activities
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities
