Serialization Validation Specialist / Engineer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Validation / Testing Specialist to support a pharmaceutical manufacturing project focused on validating serialization processes and their integration across packaging lines, ERP, warehouse management, and manufacturing IT systems.

The project includes on-site line testing in France or Belgium. The successful candidate must be based within the EU and available to travel to the project site. Validation activities are planned to be completed by the end of 2026.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and execute Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance, and Regression test cases.
• Validate serialization hierarchy and aggregation processes, including Unit → Case → Pallet.
• Perform end-to-end verification of serialization transactions across packaging-line equipment, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, and L4/L5 manufacturing and serialization systems.
• Test and validate integrations between SAP ATTP, SAP ECC / S/4HANA, Warehouse Management Systems, and packaging-line equipment.
• Perform manual testing directly on production and packaging lines and support on-site validation activities.
• Investigate, document, and follow up on defects and testing issues.
• Maintain complete validation documentation, test evidence, execution records, and traceability in accordance with project and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, automation, manufacturing, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful validation and system readiness.
