Do you enjoy combining business analysis with designing IT solutions?

As a Data Solutions Architect, you will work on projects focused on combining data from multiple legacy and modern systems into one reliable, scalable data foundation. The goal is to support better analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-based solutions using modern data platforms.

You will be responsible for designing and creating solutions for complex client needs, working across three key areas:

• Building Core Data Infrastructure — designing scalable data integration layers, pipelines, data models, and data warehouses.
• Developing Data-Driven Solutions — creating backend logic and data-focused applications that support business processes and decision-making.
• Connecting Data with AI — preparing and integrating data to power AI and machine learning use cases.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose comprehensive, future-proof solutions.

Detailed Duties

• Design and implement scalable data solutions using modern cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Snowflake.
• Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and system integrations.
• Design data models, databases, and data warehouse architectures to support business and analytical requirements.
• Develop data-processing solutions using Python, SQL, and/or other technologies.
• Gather requirements from customers.
• Propose business solutions for customer needs.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Plan upcoming releases and scope implementation.
• Work closely with team members and manage code reviews.
• Resolve issues with the existing architecture and delivery process.
• Communicate project status and risks to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Expert SQL programming knowledge.
• Python or other programming language knowledge.
• Experience working with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake.
• Git experience.
• Experience designing ETL processes and software implementations.
• C1 English proficiency, spoken and written, for work with international clients.
• Strong communication skills and a consulting approach.
• Teamwork, organization, planning, and a positive attitude.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience implementing AI solutions.
