Senior CIAM IT Business Analyst

Description

Acts as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams. Understands the business drivers behind operational, functional, tactical, or strategic initiatives and changes, and reflects these in proposing business recommendations and guidance for IT solutions. Leads requirements and process analysis for business cases and provides options for viable business solutions. Demonstrates awareness of the external market and internal client needs, and leverages this to propose solutions that support both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the program delivery lead and contribute to the IT program transversal team.
• Act as a transversal Business Analyst across CIAM streams: onboarding, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle.
• Bridge business, security, architecture, and engineering teams through clear and actionable requirements.
• Support program and strategy execution by refining epics, features, and user stories aligned with CIAM roadmap priorities.
• Promote consistency in BA practices, templates, and ways of working across squads.
• Analyze identity journeys for internal and external users and identify opportunities for simplification.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through delivery, testing, and value realization.
• Contribute to backlog management, prioritization, and dependency mapping.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across product, operations, and security teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT to ensure outcomes align with business intent and program delivery goals.
• Contribute to change adoption by monitoring feedback and supporting continuous improvement of CIAM capabilities.
• Support cross-team alignment, risk identification, and mitigation at program level.
• Produce concise, executive-ready governance materials, including status updates, risks, and decisions.
• Contribute actively to the Tribe BA Community of Practice, supporting continuous improvement in ways of working to enhance delivery effectiveness and consistency across teams.

• Prepare communications and deliver business presentations related to solutions, system enhancements, and alternatives.
