You will join the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) Identity and Access Management team. IDAM implements, operates, and manages access from, to, and within the IT infrastructure, ensuring individuals have access to the right resources at the right time and in line with compliance requirements. Services include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management, recertification, delivery, and advisory services.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist SailPoint Engineer to maintain SailPoint IIQ solutions and ensure the security and integrity of the identity and access management infrastructure. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop strategies, and implement solutions that protect critical assets and sensitive data from unauthorized access.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production SailPoint IIQ infrastructure and its products.
  • Develop and maintain architectural design documents, including technical diagrams, process flows, and system configurations.
  • Act as second-line support for the SailPoint IIQ infrastructure and its products.
  • Conduct security assessments and risk analysis; identify vulnerabilities, recommend remediation strategies, and implement necessary controls.
  • Monitor and maintain SailPoint IIQ infrastructure, including servers, databases, and other components, to ensure performance, availability, and scalability.
  • Manage vulnerabilities and patching activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT operations, network security, and compliance teams to align security initiatives and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Potentially provide support outside business hours as watch duty at a later stage.

Requirements

  • Experience with the SailPoint IIQ toolset, especially integrating SailPoint IIQ with critical organizational applications.
  • 3–5 years of Active Directory and LDAP knowledge.
  • Ability to troubleshoot custom system and application connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • At least 3–5 years of IAM engineering experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems.
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge.
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with security tools and technologies, including SIEM and PAM solutions.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and multicultural environments.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, MS Office, and Splunk.
  • Experience with CyberArk.
