Machine Learning Specialist

We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist to join the Data Science team developing innovative AI-driven solutions in data and image analysis for the retail and restaurant industry. The role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving business intelligence systems that support customers in real-life industry environments worldwide.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT, mathematics, or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in commercial project development with machine learning techniques, including experimentation, production deployment, and maintenance
• 1+ year of experience developing and maintaining production Large Language Model-based systems, including Ollama, OpenAI, and Google AI
• Knowledge of MLOps practices
• Advanced Python proficiency, including Pandas, sklearn, NumPy, Pydantic, LangChain, and LangGraph
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex, Langfuse, and SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and GitHub
• English proficiency sufficient for daily communication within an international team

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and develop applications based on LLMs and VLMs
• Optimize processing pipelines, including logic and models, to improve speed and accuracy
• Monitor and maintain AI-model-based solutions, including validation of production results
