Technical Services Engineer Vmware/Nutanix

Responsibilities

• Assist with vCenter and ESXi configuration and maintenance.
• Configure network settings on ESXi hosts and at vCenter level according to guidelines provided by network support.
• Assist with vCenter server management.
• Log hardware fault incidents on ESXi hosts and physical servers.
• Perform and remove snapshots.
• Support hardware and firmware updates.
• Support virtual machine deployments.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of VMware vSphere technologies, including vCenter and ESXi.
• Understanding of fundamental networking and storage concepts and virtualization principles.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the virtualization space.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical documentation skills.
• Communicative level of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with other virtualization and Nutanix technologies.
