Networking and IoT Engineer | Networking Solutions

We are looking for a Networking and IoT Engineer to strengthen an ambitious global technical support team. The team works closely with remote offices across various regions to deliver high-quality support.

The Networking Solutions Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. These networking devices serve clients in complex Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy environments. The role offers the opportunity to improve engineering skills while providing technical support for innovative networking devices.

• Salary: 8,000–10,000 PLN gross per month, depending on experience and expertise.

Description

In this role, you will:

• Advise customers on using products within their solutions and resolve challenges related to networking products through a ticketing platform and online meetings with customers and the remote support team.
• Independently resolve technical issues arising from customer configuration, firmware/software, and other sources.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use, such as a product wiki.
• Act as a key link between R&D and other departments or customers to facilitate resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Work hands-on with Linux-based operating systems, industrial protocols, networking services and protocols, and occasional third-party peripherals.

Requirements

• Good written and spoken communication skills and etiquette.
• Ability and desire to help others.
• Knowledge of computer networking.
• Advanced English language skills; other languages are an advantage.
• Higher or equivalent technical/engineering education.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in second- or third-line technical support.
• CCNA certification or similar coursework.
